There is more to show than a stock image can say

Your people.
Your point of view.

Give customers a real sense of your business before they walk through the door or pick up the phone.

A team portrait, a product detail and a working environment tell different parts of the story. We plan the photography around what you want people to understand and where the images will appear, so the session produces material with a useful role.

Our Wigan studio connects the shoot with your wider content needs. A new website, social campaign or refreshed company profile can shape the brief, with clear planning and a real person to talk to before the day and through the edit.

Purpose behind the picture

Make it authentic.
Make it useful.

The most relevant subjects are often already part of your everyday business. People at work, the space around them and the details of a product can communicate something specific. We help choose the moments and settings that support what your customers need to see.

Where the image will live matters to how it is planned. A wide website banner, a team profile and a social post have different needs. We consider composition, orientation and space for text early, giving the shoot a practical relationship with the finished design.

Good preparation also helps the people involved feel ready. We agree who and what needs to be available, what the location requires and how the session will run. That makes it easier to work around the business and spend the time on useful photography.

An image library with a job to do

Plan the subjects.
Capture the character.

We shape the session and final deliverables around the people, places and products you need to show.

A purposeful shot list

We agree the key subjects, locations and intended uses before the session. Website layouts, campaign plans and gaps in your current library help define the list, giving the shoot a clear priority order and your team a practical preparation guide.

Team photography

Introduce the people behind the business with portraits and images of the team at work. We discuss the look, setting and consistency you need, along with who will be involved and how the session can fit around their working day.

Workplace and business imagery

Your environment can help explain what the business does and how it feels to work with you. We plan images of the space, activity and details that support your story, with access and the practical requirements of the location agreed beforehand.

Product photography

Products need images that help people see what they are considering. We discuss the range, required views and intended presentation, then plan a consistent approach to the session. Product preparation, quantities and any styling requirements form part of the brief.

Project and campaign content

When a completed project or a particular campaign needs original imagery, we plan the story and image requirements together. The brief identifies the important details, the available access and how the photographs will support your website or wider marketing material.

Editing and usable formats

We prepare the agreed image selection with a consistent edit and the formats needed for its intended use. File sizes, crops and delivery arrangements are discussed as part of the scope, so the finished library is straightforward for your team to put to work.

Start with a conversation
  1. Talk through the purpose

Start with where the images will work.

We discuss your business, the subjects you want to show and the website or campaign needs behind the request. Your existing imagery helps us identify gaps and understand the desired feel. We also establish the locations, people and products that need to be involved.

    • Your subjects
    • Intended use
  2. Plan the session

Give the day a clear direction.

We agree a shot list and a practical order for the session, including the key compositions and formats. The scope covers the location, preparation, expected deliverables and editing approach. Access, timings and any dependencies are discussed so everyone knows what needs to be ready.

  3. Get things ready

Make room for the people and the details.

We work through the preparation with you, from which team members need to be available to which products or areas should be ready. The aim is a realistic plan that fits the business. Any changes to the subjects, access or schedule are discussed before the session.

  4. Capture the images

    Work through the story together.

The session follows the agreed priorities while leaving room for useful details we notice on the day. We consider the intended layouts and crops as we work. Your input helps confirm that the photographs represent the business and cover the subjects that matter most.

    • Varied compositions
  5. Select and edit

Bring the library into a consistent shape.

We review the photographs and prepare the agreed selection, with editing shaped by the brief and intended use. The final images should feel related while showing the subjects clearly. Any specific retouching requests or additional versions are discussed against the scope before further work begins.

    • Image selection
    • Consistent editing
  6. Prepare the handover

Make the finished photographs easy to use.

We supply the agreed files and explain the formats, versions and usage terms. If the photography belongs to a website or campaign project, the images can be prepared around those layouts. You can speak with us about extra crops, future sessions or gaps that emerge later.

A few useful answers.

Scope, collaboration and what comes next. A little clarity before your first conversation about photography.

Ask us anything
What types of business photography can you help with?

Our offer covers team, workplace, product and project photography. We discuss the subjects, setting and intended uses before confirming the brief. That helps us plan a suitable session and explain any preparation, location or production requirements that affect the scope.

Can you plan photography around a new website?

Yes. Website layouts can help define which subjects, orientations and crops are needed. We can coordinate the photography with the design and content work, including images that need room for a heading or need to sit consistently alongside each other on a page.

What do we need to prepare before the session?

We agree a practical preparation list around the shot plan. It may include confirming who will be available, making spaces ready, preparing products and arranging access to locations. We also clarify the timing and who can help make decisions on the day.

How many images will we receive, and can we use them in marketing?

The final selection, file formats and intended usage are agreed in the proposal. We plan the library around the website, social or campaign needs you describe, so the delivery is useful for those purposes. Any additional usage, retouching or formats can be discussed before the work is confirmed.
