Ask me anythingHow much does a website cost?
Business websites start from £800 plus VAT, including design, development, on-page SEO and 12 months of website and email hosting. E-commerce websites start from £1,500 plus VAT. I agree the pages, features and content responsibilities with you before the project starts.
How does the £100 monthly website service work?
It is an ongoing website rental service for local businesses, from £100 plus VAT per month with a 12-month minimum term. Ongoing local SEO and AIO are included. It is not an instalment plan that transfers ownership after twelve payments; the scope and rental terms are set out in your proposal.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. I am your direct contact for the website, the technical decisions and the ongoing work. You can also bring me in to work alongside your in-house team or another supplier.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. I can review what is working, where visitors struggle and which changes are worth making. A focused improvement can sometimes be a better use of your budget than a complete rebuild.
Can I use my AI assistant to help manage the website?
On suitable WordPress builds, my Pro toolkit includes support for connecting a compatible AI assistant through MCP. I set up the supported tools and agreed permissions with you. What the assistant can do depends on the platform, integrations and AI client.
Do you provide SEO and AIO as well as the build?
Yes. I can work on technical SEO, useful content, local search information and how your business is understood in AI-assisted research. The plan is shaped around your services and the enquiries you want, with measured website data where access is available.
Can you connect a website to my CRM or quoting process?
Yes. Development can include CRM connections, custom quoting tools, dashboards and reporting. I review the systems, data and workflow first, then agree the right scope and integration approach.
What happens after the first year of hosting?
Ongoing website and email hosting is £120 plus VAT per year. My WordPress maintenance plan is £75 plus VAT per month and includes hosting. Your proposal sets out the service you choose and any separate software or third-party costs.
How long will the project take?
That depends on the pages, features, integrations and how much content is ready. I agree a realistic plan with you before starting, including time for feedback and testing. Tell me if you have a particular launch date in mind.
Do I need to be based in Wigan?
No. I am based in Wigan and work with clients across the North West, elsewhere in the UK and beyond. We can plan the project by phone or video call and review the working website together.
