People
first.
You work directly with the people shaping your project. We ask questions, talk through the possibilities and get to know the business behind the brief.

A little about SJH
Web design, web development, SEO and PPC. That’s our day-to-day. From our Wigan studio, we build websites and campaigns around your business, bringing design, code and marketing together in one team.
People first. Always.

We’re SJH Studio: a close-knit web design and digital marketing team in Wigan. We bring design, development and marketing together to help businesses build a stronger presence online.
Web design, web development, SEO and PPC are at the heart of what we do. We think about how your website looks, how it works and how people will find it. Each part informs the next, so your design, content and marketing work together from the start.
We take time to understand what makes your business different, what your customers need and where you want to go next. That keeps your business at the centre of the decisions we make.
You work directly with the people doing the work. We share ideas, explain our thinking and make space for yours. Whether you arrive with a detailed brief or a rough sketch, we’ll help you work through the possibilities and decide what deserves attention first.
And we’re still here after launch. From hosting and maintenance to ongoing marketing and improvements, we can keep things moving as your business grows. When you hit a snag, you get a real person who knows your website and wants to help. Someone you can call, ask a question and have a proper conversation with.
Web design, web development, SEO and PPC sit at the heart of our work. Around that, we can help with email marketing, brand and graphic design, photography, hosting, maintenance and security, and AI and automation. The right mix for your business, all through one studio.
You work directly with the people shaping your project. We ask questions, talk through the possibilities and get to know the business behind the brief.
Design, development and marketing work together from the start. Every decision should help your visitors understand what you offer and make their next step easy.
When you hit a snag, you get a real person. Not a bot, not a FAQ. Someone who knows your website and wants to help, from a small fix to your next improvement.

Our culture
We’re a close-knit team who share ideas, ask questions and enjoy figuring things out together. There’s room for different opinions, a bit of humour and a proper conversation. You’ll get to know the people behind the work and feel comfortable picking up the phone.
There’s usually a brew on and a conversation under way. Sometimes it’s about a design, sometimes football or cars. We like getting to know the people we work with, and we want you to feel at home here.
Meet the team
Web Developer & SEO
Sam brings the code, marketing thinking and plenty of questions. A talkative overthinker with a sense of humour, he gets to know the people behind a business. Conversations regularly extend to football, cars and life beyond the website.
Web Designer
Modern art and photography led Trayana into graphic design, UX and UI. Calm under pressure and refreshingly direct, she gives ideas their shape and keeps projects on track. She also keeps an eye on Sam’s side of the office.
Web Developer
Darshak has worked with Sam since 2013. A Microsoft-certified developer, he has worked with Microsoft technologies since 2010 and brings deep knowledge of Windows and Azure to the team.
Junior Web Developer
Mat is our junior web developer, learning alongside Sam and getting involved in increasingly creative projects. He brings curiosity, fresh ideas and a cracking brew. His taste in cars is still up for debate.
Account Manager
Leah is our account manager and the person keeping the practical details in order. Invoices, meetings, policies: she helps keep it all moving, giving the rest of the team room to focus on the work.
Every good working relationship starts somewhere.
Tell us what you have in mind.
We’ll bring the questions, ideas and a little perspective.
