A detailed B2B website for Aniras Holdings UK, explaining food manufacturing co-product recovery, consultancy and the routes from factory to farm or energy.

Aniras Holdings UK works in a specialist part of the food supply chain. The business helps food manufacturers recover value from surplus food and process co-products, with food-to-feed routes, logistics and circular economy consultancy. It also presents a factory-to-energy route for material that is appropriate for anaerobic digestion rather than livestock feed.

This was a more involved build for a niche business. The website needs to explain connected services to people who may arrive with different questions: a manufacturer reviewing a waste stream, a business looking at commercial recovery arrangements or someone investigating a particular co-product. The challenge is to make that breadth understandable without flattening the subject into generic environmental copy.

A structure built around the business

I shaped the website around clear destinations for services, co-products, industries and case studies. Those routes let the business explain its offer at different levels. A visitor can get the overall picture first, then explore the specific material or service that relates to their operation.

The co-products area gives individual materials a visual place in the site. Citrus peel, apple pomace, beetroot peel, potato and bread are presented as distinct examples, supported by relevant imagery and descriptions. This creates a more useful starting point for a specialist conversation than a single broad services paragraph.

Connecting expertise, process and enquiry

The homepage explains the relationship between food manufacturers, managed logistics and the farm network.

More about this part of the project

The homepage explains the relationship between food manufacturers, managed logistics and the farm network. A separate factory-to-energy section gives another recovery pathway its own explanation. Those connections are important because the business is offering a coordinated service, rather than simply listing materials for sale.

Supporting service content covers waste stream benchmarking, commercial procurement, food-to-feed strategy and compliance and governance. The site also gives the business space to describe its own experience and professional recommendations. Those statements belong to Aniras and its advisers; they are not presented as website performance results or as testimonials about my work.

A professional visual language

Deep greens, muted gold accents and food production imagery give the site a consistent identity.

Deep greens, muted gold accents and food production imagery give the site a consistent identity. Cards, diagrams and clear section headings break a substantial subject into manageable pieces. The design has to look credible to a commercial audience while keeping the content readable, including on mobile.

Calls to action direct visitors towards a recovery or strategy review. That gives the content a practical destination: once a visitor understands the offer, they can start a relevant conversation. Contact details and the service navigation remain part of that wider route, rather than relying on a single call to action at the end of a long page.

A considered foundation for a niche service

The finished website brings Aniras’s specialist proposition into one coherent structure.

More about this part of the project

The finished website brings Aniras’s specialist proposition into one coherent structure. Its practical value is the way the different routes support one another: a clear introduction, detailed service explanations, material-specific information and an obvious next step. This is the kind of project where development starts with understanding how the business works.

For a niche B2B company, that understanding is often more useful than adding unnecessary features. My role is to turn a complex offer into an online experience that the business can confidently direct people towards, while giving prospective customers enough detail to ask better questions.

Another business. Another brief.
