Bespoke web development, consultancy and ongoing digital support for Digital Space, spanning maintenance, SEO, marketing materials and reporting.
Digital Space provides technology services covering workforce connectivity, resilient infrastructure, customer experience, security and professional consultancy. Its website has to explain a substantial offer to organisations with different priorities, from keeping services running to planning a wider change programme.
My work with Digital Space is a high-end, bespoke client relationship. It includes web development, maintenance, support, consultancy and SEO, together with wider marketing activity such as email newsletters, graphic design and reporting. That breadth is a good example of the way I can work directly within a client’s online operation, rather than being involved only when a new page needs building.

The current public website leads with business outcomes as well as technology. Visitors can start with a challenge, explore the services available or look at information relevant to their sector. Those different routes help a large proposition feel more approachable without removing the detail that a technical buyer may need.
Service pages such as resilient infrastructure bring related areas into a single framework. Clear navigation, consistent icons and a recognisable colour palette connect the pages. The website also gives managed services and strategic change distinct roles in the way the business explains its delivery model.

On a larger website, development decisions affect more than the appearance of an individual page. Navigation, content structure and reusable patterns need to work together as the business publishes and updates information. My role includes contributing development work and practical advice in that wider context.
That consultative involvement matters when a client already has its own people, priorities and processes. I can bring an external technical perspective while working alongside the organisation’s approach. The aim is to make useful progress on the website and its supporting activity, with a clear understanding of what the business is trying to communicate.

Maintenance and support provide continuity beyond a single project. SEO work connects the technical website with the way its services are described and discovered. Email newsletters, graphic design and reporting extend that relationship into the material used to support the business online.
The advantage is having someone who can connect those tasks rather than looking at each one in isolation. A new service message may need a page, supporting artwork and a clear explanation in an email. A website change may benefit from a wider discussion about how visitors find the relevant information. Being familiar with the business helps those conversations become more practical.
