More useful project enquiries
Builder websites.
Show the work you want more of.
A builder’s website should help the right customer understand the kind of work you do. I create focused websites that present genuine projects, explain your services and collect the details you need before deciding whether an enquiry is a good fit.

Be specific about the work you take on
Extensions, renovations, new builds and smaller repairs are different buying decisions. We organise the site around the services you actually provide and the projects you want to win, rather than a long list of every construction keyword.
Useful project pages can explain the brief, your role, the type of work and the result, using photographs you have permission to share. Accreditations, guarantees and customer comments need their real evidence; they should not be added as decoration.

Help a potential customer prepare a useful enquiry
A customer may need to know where you work, whether you take on their type of project and what happens after they get in touch. Clear answers reduce uncertainty and help both sides decide whether a conversation is worthwhile.
The enquiry form can ask about location, project type and stage, with sensible limits on the information requested. If a CRM or quoting workflow would help the follow-up, I can scope that separately around the way your business handles work.

Bring local visibility and the website together
I plan service content, on-page SEO and internal links as part of the build. Ongoing local SEO, AIO and Google Ads can then support the services and areas that matter commercially, with advertising costs separated from the website project.
Ace Gas is a service-business example of connecting a website with practical enquiry handling. It is not a builder case study, but it shows why the handover after the form matters as much as the appearance of the page.

Good questions.
Straight answers.
Can you help qualify enquiries?
Yes. Clear service content and a focused form can collect useful initial information. They cannot guarantee that every enquiry will be suitable.
Do you need professional project photographs?
Good genuine photographs help. I can advise on a useful selection and layout without inventing completed projects or using stock imagery as your own work.
